Creating Your Expedited Arbitration Process

A few weeks ago, I wrote about A Day in the Life of an Expedited Panel. Because I am stuck in our guest room, I decided to create something that would show how easy it easy to create an expedited arbitration process. Obviously, this is something that the parties would do together or could complete separately and see where they have common agreement. This would be a good way of creating a pilot program or side letter.
